At 3pm local time the three live-package winners started in the main event of the 31st edition of the European Poker Championships in Velden, Austria.
After four levels the players enjoyed their dinner break on the beautiful casino terrace right next to the lake, where a variety of grilled BBQ food was served.
At 2am the last hands were played and a thrilling first day was in the books.
Lukas, Marco and Ferenc battled hard to stay in the game. Day 1 had 219 entries, 111 of which making it to Day 2 – including all three of our players!
